Investment Casting process details:
Investment precision casting, also called lost-wax casting process, uses an expendable mold process to get the complex shapes with fine casting surface quality and accurate casting accuracy. The lost-wax investment casting methods can provide net shape or near-net-shape castings, which offer our buyers with significant cost savings in material, labor and machining cost.
Usually, the investment casting process have two different methods, water glass casting process and silica sol casting process, mainly using for stainless steel casting parts.
